WHAT ARE S.I.P.'S
S.I.P. = (Structurally Insulated Panel)
We manufacture these panels in Arizona and can deliver panels anywhere in the country. They are prepared from the factory with electrical chases for ease of wiring. The panels are chemically weld the outside skins ( O.S.B./oriented strand board), plywood or metal. The process we use has been proven for many years in the industry and comes with a *LIFETIME WARRANTY!!

OUR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PANELS
Our residential and commercial building panels are typically manufactured with 1/2 inch oriented strand board (OSB) as the skins with a center core of expanded polystyrene (EPS) with a thickness ranging from 3 1/2 inches thick to accommodate a 2×4 up to 11 1/2 inches thick to accommodate up to a 2×12 for extra thick walls and every size of standard lumber in between including 2×6, 2×8, and 2×10. The panels are connected together with splines and sealed for an air tight structure.

ABOUT ME, MY FAMILY, AND OUR PLAN
My name is Russell Brewer, I am married to my best friend who l adore! I have 5 wonderful children and we are very blessed to be surrounded with a loving, caring family who loves to help others! I am an Eagle Scout and love service projects. I have had several different businesses over the years and one of my goals and dreams has been to figure ways to help others more. In my previous businesses we would donate our products and services to charity auctions and to people in need. One time the news came out and interviewed us for helping in a situation. Well, now I get to expand to the next level of helping others with this business!! We plan to help supply better jobs to the community, and once a year plan to help one lucky and deserving family have a warm and dry home. With the local communities help, we plan on building a S.I.P. tiny home to donate. If you are interested in helping or know someone needing this help please let us know.
